Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and kud9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the kud9 website at kud9.net, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered by kud9, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the kud9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. kud9 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Scope of Agreement

This Agreement covers your use of the entire kud9 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game-show titles), slot games, fishing arcade games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by kud9 from time to time. Additional terms specific to individual games, tournaments, or promotions may be published separately and form part of this Agreement where applicable.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The kud9 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. kud9 takes its obligations regarding age verification seriously and will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 18 to hold an account or access any gambling service on the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee, agent, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a kud9 employee or affiliate partner.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the kud9 platform.

kud9 employs automated and manual age verification checks. If at any point kud9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending full verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the account holder was underage will not be paid out and may be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the kud9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. kud9 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close any secondary accounts found, retaining any associated balances subject to investigation.

Registration Obligations

When registering an account on kud9, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields of the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. kud9 will not be responsible for any service failure or payment delay resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kud9 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kud9 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. kud9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact kud9 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat. kud9 will take prompt action to secure your account.
• kud9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP verification on login, session timeout controls, and hashed password storage to protect your account data at the infrastructure level.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kud9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to player balances. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are published in the player account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Approved Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically complete within 60 seconds of transfer confirmation.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks — processing times may vary by institution.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review. kud9 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any stage.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts submitted during Bangladesh business hours are processed the same day. Requests submitted outside those hours are processed within the next available processing window, and never longer than 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

kud9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks do not indicate any wrongdoing and are carried out in accordance with standard financial compliance procedures. Players will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required to release a withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

kud9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including a 200% welcome bonus for new players, festival reload bonuses during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other Bangladesh calendar events, and ongoing promotions for sports betting and live casino. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms

• The 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first deposit only. A ৳1,000 deposit results in a total playing balance of ৳3,000 (original ৳1,000 plus ৳2,000 bonus).
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• kud9 does not apply hidden wagering clauses. All conditions governing a bonus — including eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum convertible amounts — are stated in plain English before a player opts in.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Players may opt out of any bonus at any time before wagering requirements are met, forfeiting the bonus balance.

General Bonus Conditions

kud9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer is found to have been obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or abuse of referral systems — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account reviewed for further action. Players who attempt to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion may have their bonus access restricted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on kud9 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. Sports betting markets — including cricket BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers series, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other events — are governed by kud9's sportsbook rules. Live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and fishing arcade games are governed by the rules published by the respective certified game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

Bets and Wagers

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kud9 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• kud9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or integrity breach.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds or game results to be displayed, kud9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-bet state.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• All casino games offered on kud9 use certified random number generation (RNG). kud9 does not and will never offer unverified or pirated game content.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

kud9 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's end during a gaming session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game on a certified casino title, the game's own reconnection and resumption logic — as determined by the game provider — will govern the outcome. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection throughout gaming sessions.

Prohibited Conduct

Players using the kud9 platform agree to act in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per player, household, device, or IP address for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity, including matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers, or coordinated abuse with other players.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate kud9 transactions. Players who file chargebacks in bad faith will have their accounts permanently closed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on kud9.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the kud9 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using kud9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity, or to disguise the origin of illegitimately obtained funds.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward kud9 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

kud9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; request by the account holder; or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or compliance risk to kud9.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kud9 account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming purposes or any other reason — may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kud9 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the live chat support team at any time. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and prevents login, deposits, and gambling activity across the entire kud9 platform for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kud9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from technical failure, unauthorised account access, or service interruption. kud9's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
